Opening Doors

Doors will open at 7:30 PM and close at 9 PM. No admission will be granted after this time. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to latecomers, and no refunds or compensation will be provided for ticket purchases.

Location: Embassy of France, DQ.

This event will be held outdoors.

Requirements

As this event in held within an embassy, it is important to adhere to certain protocol rules specific to this diplomatic setting. Anyone who fails to comply with the below rules will be asked to leave the event.

We kindly remind you that:

• The use of phones and electronic devices is strictly prohibited.

• A printed ticket is mandatory. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone not presenting a printed ticket.
• A passport or ID will be required for entry. It has to be same the document used when registering.
• Dress code: smart casual – Proper attire required – The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone not suitably dressed.

Ticket Policy

• Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
• The organizer reserves the right to exclude any individual whose behavior is deemed inappropriate. No refunds or compensation will be provided.
• Tickets are limited in number. Once the event reaches full capacity, no further ticket sales will be accepted.
• No additional sales will be made on-site.
